Untitled Document The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH1 is a stylish compact digital camera with an effective resolution of twelve megapixels from a 1/2.33" RGB CCD image sensor, which Panasonic has coupled to a Lumix DC Vario branded 5x optical zoom lens with a useful 28mm-equivalent wide angle. Importantly, the Panasonic FH1's lens features a true optical image stabilization system with which to fight blur caused by camera shake. Read more

With the Lumix DMC-FS10 Panasonic proves once again that its budget cameras are every bit as good as its more expensive prestige models. The FS10 has an excellent specification for the price, and backs it up with superior build quality, outstanding performance and very good picture quality. Once again it's top marks for value. I liked this camera so much and the price was right, I bought a second one for my parents. It's pretty darn nice for a point and shoot. Lumix makes good cameras. I did take some creative artsy photos that came out wonderfully. As for every day picture captures, it's not AMAZING but it does the job and the shots are clear and it's easy to use. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH1 is one of the best point-and-shoots for anyone either unwilling or unable to shell out the money for a high-budget camera. It's features are extremely well fleshed out; I'm still finding new ways to explore photography with this camera. It takes high quality pictures and video, and has an extremely portable, compact, and sleek design. I'd recommend this camera to anyone. Read more
