Summary: I like it! Bought this after checking out the Nikon P510 (and a newer comparable model) and the FZ200. Price was right. Have been using Nikon pro-level SLRs (film) and digital for as long as I can remember, wanted something smaller/lighter for those times when I don't want to lug around a larger body. The Lumix is great.
Summary: I'm a sucker for cameras and own way too many. I love my DSLRs but sometimes I just don't want to worry about them so I wanted a point and shoot to carry around at times but it had to be something better than the traditional point and shoot. I think I found it with this camera. I love the longer zoom on it and the start up time is great. It has a nice set of filters and settings.
Summary: It is going to be a great travel camera. This is not the latest model so it doesn't have wifi which is a slight disadvantage, but it takes so much better pictures than a point and shoot, with so much less effort and weight than an SLR, that I'm quite happy with it.
Summary: I would recommend this camera to the person that is a step away from buying a SLR camera. It has way more options that I will ever use, but is easy to operate while still allowing enough capability to fine tune settings. We have had a number of point and shoot cameras and this one seems to blow away the others.
Summary: Firstly, I recommend the camera LUMIX FZ60 because it has almost all the functions and tools of a professional camera. For beginners it is easy to use. Also, it has a powerful zoom (24x) that takes clear photos and creative effects.
Summary: I've been quite pleased with Panasonic cameras. It's not as easy to use as my Lumix ZS6, but the photos are turning out just as nice. Of course, the zoom is awesome. The icons and buttons take some getting used to, and it's a little too easy to press the burst or video button instead of the snapshot button. I wish it came with a lens hood to cut down on sunlight glare. Plenty of features to explore and learn with. Overall, a good purchase and recommended.
Summary: I have an older Kodak Easy Share 10x zoom camera. This one was very similar-just faster, lighter and with a stabilizer control. The pictures are crystal clear and so far it hasn't taken a bad picture. I have only used it on the automatic setting, but plan to learn how to use the manual settings experimentally for photos.
Summary: I had owned the Lumix FZ47 and it was a great camera. Although, anything beyond ISO 400 showed a good deal of noise, which I probably par with a 1/2sensor. The FZ60 uses a CMOS sensor compared to the CCD of the FZ47 and I feel this provides a better image! The video on the FZ 60 is much better than the FZ47. This is a very good camera and produces nice images. Low Light situations are challenging, as to be expected. I'm messing with the settings to combat the problem.
Summary: Zoom maravilhoso, fácil de mexer. apenas dois defeitos: não dá zoom na filmagem e o programa de edição das fotos é em inglês e muito complicado. entrega da Ricardo eletro antes do prometido. recomendo!!!
