Its white balance settings can be set to halogen, auto, shade, white set, daylight and cloudy. Among the shooting modes that this camera has are scenery, starry sky, underwater, portrait, food and others. It does not have a viewfinder but it has a 2.5 LCD screen. Its maximum movie frames per second is 30.

Red-eye reduction, forced on or off, slow sync and auto are among the flash modes available for Panasonic’s DMC-FX33. The macro focus is 5 cms and its metering is intelligent multiple. It does not have manual controls and image stabilization. There is no lens converter either. Its self timer can be set to two or ten seconds. The unit has a computer connection and a video out for television playback.
