The Olympus X-560 WP is a compact waterproof digital camera designed with 10.0 effective megapixels, 3x optical zooming capability, along with Auto Focus Tracking function, Face Detection of up to16 faces, Intelligent Auto with 18 scene modes to choose from, Shakeproof Anti Blur and a bright, high-resolution 2.4-inch LCD screen. The 3m waterproof digital camera is also available in red and green coloured finish.

The Olympus X-560 WP features 10.0-megapixel resolutions combined with an advanced technology of waterproof system that keeps water out of the camera and allows you to capture underwater pictures as deep as 10 feet beneath it. It is also equipped with 3x optical zoom, 5x digital zoom and 1/2.33-inch CCD image stabilization sensor for bringing you nearer to the object that you wanted to capture. Apart from that it comes with 2.4-inch LCD screen display that provides maximum resolution of 3648-by-2736 and a minimum resolution of 640-by-480, along with an auto focus that has a 50cm focus range, 7cm macro range, plus a flash modes with an anti red-eye function. The camera also comes with 18 shooting modes which include an Intelligent Auto, Program Auto, Digital Image Stabilization, a variety of Scene modes such as Portrait, Landscape, Night Scene, Night plus portrait, Sport, Indoor, Candle, Self Portrait, Sunset, Fireworks, Cuisine, Documents, Underwater Snapshot, Pet and Movie. The Olympus X-560 WP has an adjustable ISO setting of up to 1,600 to cater for capturing picture in low light condition, Shakeproof anti blur mode, Face Detection feature of up to 16 Faces in a frame, Perfect Shot Preview and EditProof Perfect Fix feature for fixing any Red-eye image and lighting fix. Other features include a shutter speeds that range from 1/1,000 to 1/2 seconds while for night scene mode the speed can go up to 4 seconds, White Balance iESP mode, White Balance Preset which include Daylight, Overcast, Tungsten and 3 Fluorescents; auto sensitivity and also provides Compensation ±2 EV steps in 1/3 EV steps. It is powered by Li42 B, Lithium-ion rechargeable battery that provides up to 165 frames usage. Images or data are stored using xD-Picture Card™ (1GB, 2GB), microSD or onto its 14.8MB built-in memory, plus also compatible with USB 2.0 high speed data connectivity. The Olympus X-560 WP has a dimension of 93.6mm-by-61.7mm-by-21.5mm and weighs in at 127 grams not including battery or media.
