Summary: This camera took great outdoor pics, but bad indoor pics that were fuzzy and dark. Biggest downfall was that it broke the second time I took it out. It's completely useless now and past the refund date, so it's a waste of money.
Cons: lens go stuck and would not open after one day at the beach. Sent to get repaired which they did under warranty. kind of surprised since wind was blowing that day so must have got sand inside. tech called me b4 sent in to try and fix and almost got it working. major problem now is after 1 year and few months it just would not turn on anymore. since warranty over it is garbage. I would expect it to last 3 years plus at $70.
Summary: I bought this camera to take along on a nine-day Caribbean cruise. It stopped working the second day, before we had even reached any of the islands. Even the guys in the photo shop couldn't make it work right, all they could suggest was that I take it to a certified repair shop when we got back to the US (and they sold this same model camera on the ship), so I have no pictures of any of the places we visited.
Summary: I only use my this camera lightly and have had it less then a year. the camera is already having problems with the lens retracting and not want to turn on. I takes OK pics but most of the pics tend to be on the dark side. So it requires a lot to fiddling with setting to get just right. Not a point and shoot camera unless a bright sunny day.
Doesn't work with Apple Macintosh computers, only PCs!

Summary: I was very excited about this camera when I received it, only to discover that its software only works on PCs, not on Apple Macintosh (Mac) computers! I am all Macintosh all the time, so have been unsuccessfully attempting to return the camera to Amazon for a couple of weeks now! Apparently UPS can't find my address to pick up the package! What a complete hassle!
Summary: So despite the two stars, I like this camera which I bought for a 9-year old girls who also likes it. Neither of us are camera officionads, but I've owned digital cameras before. It's really cute, takes clear pictures (I have not tried nightscape pictures as yet). The major problem I have and I'm hoping someone has a suggestion is that from the moment we turned it on, it kept on making the noise of the lense zooming in and out, even when zoom is not being used.
Summary: I bought this after reading reviews here and thought it would be just what I wanted. I was replacing a similar ( I thought) Olympus that had worked great for me. I'm actually on here now only because I was checking amazon's return policy. Unfortunately I'm past 30 days before I really used it enough to discover the problems. First, the picture quality doesn't look very good -- the flash doesn't always light up the subject, even in the same room and at the same distance.
Summary: I'm very surprised anyone would give this camera a good review - but maybe it's their first digital camera or they owned a really, really bad one before. I had the previous olympus pocket digital camera, and it was so much better than this. Every time you take a picture with this camera it has to "think" for a much longer time than any other digital camera I've ever used, before it will allow you to take another picture.
Summary: To be fair, i really liked this camera when I had it, apart from the fact that it is very smudgy when there is no flash - i only got it as it was cheap for 2 holidays i was on. However, i was taking a picture on day and it slipped out of my hands to the table which was about 10cm below and the lens broke! I should hav expected it as it was so cheap and i have sent it right back to olympus with a really long complaint!
