Summary: I bought this solely for a snorkeling trip to the Galapagos Islands. I never went below 15'. However, it was awkward to use and my underwater pics didn't turn out great. It worked better above the water, but even then, the quality wasn't good. I was very disapponted. I should have put the money into a Go-Pro instead. One of the fellows on the trip used one and got stunning images.
Summary: Good quality of pictures, but little bit heavy and water proof was not great. Get water inside when used it in the pool Fortunately it did not damage the card, but took some time to dry the camera
Summary: There are a couple of nice features about this point and shoot: 1. Lightweight 2. Water/Shock/Freeze proof 3. Fast shutter speed That's about it. One of the most important (if not, the most important) features on a camera is obviously the picture quality. That is where this camera severely lacks. It looks the the IQ from my old EVO 4G cellphone. For this reason I'll be returning it.
Summary: I had high hopes for this waterproof, shockproof, outdoor camera....however, it definitely has not met the standards of a good camera. I ordered two of these cameras for use on photo documenting projects at work. The pictures are grainy, and also seems to have a lot of high contrast. I have played with the settings several times and cannot achieve the results of a clear, balanced picture that I am looking for.
Summary: Quick delivery. Love the large screen. Love the color. Love the definition of photos. Not too crazy about the square battery, however. Would have preferred AA or something more common. Already used it and put photos online. NEW REVIEW: After using this for a month, I have come to dislike it. You have to go through several steps to delete a photo. Just wish it has a delete button. Also, when you snap a picture, it says "BUSY" for several seconds.
