Great water proof camera that will not break the bank
12 September 2012
Summary: I have not had the opportunity to have the pictures I have taken printed, but the features on the camera are great and easy to use. I am pretty simply minded person with disability and have not had any problems. I have noticed that if I set the camera on auto versas on scene/water when I was outdoors taking pictures on a sunny day at the river but not under water, the picture quality was not as good, as if I actually placed the setting on scene/water.
Summary: I work as a professional photographer and for the most part use high end DSLRs. While they're generally 'weatherproof', there's no way I would use them in the water for example. With that in mind I was looking for a cheap enough point and shoot that wouldn't mind being submerged. While I can't say that the TG320 has the best image quality, it's perfectly acceptable considering the photos are being taken in and under water.
Summary: Bought it for my niece. Works well underwater (bath for now). I hope it is as shockproof as maker claims. Only things which bothers me a bit is battery time. It seems to drain quickly...unfortunately. Charges fast - thank god Still recommended 14-megapixel camera below £100...
Summary: A good small camera to take the knocks and bumps of out and about I had it down by the sea kicking about in sand and sea water it carried on regardless Downside was a reflective screen which meant I sometimes had to just point and shoot WHEN will they make none reflective screens like on the Kindle reader so that you can actually see what you are aiming at?
Summary: I use this camera for canoe trips and it's nice to be able to use it to get some nice river shots with being afraid of damaging it. On the down side, the time between pressing the shutter release and the photo actually being taken is depressingly slow (which is why I didn't award it five stars), but you get used to this and I'm delighted with the results so far. Also, the extra features are nice to play around with if you want to experiment.
