Summary: This guy was tough. Why was? Because it's dead today! (You can ignore this part) Here is the story today. My girl friend and I drove to a beach today and we want to change seats at a traffic light. When I was walking out of the car with one foot out, the car moves! Because my girl friend didn't park the car.... And later when we get to the destination, I couldn't find this boy anywhere. I finally realized it must be flying out of the car. So we just moved on.
Summary: Took it snorkling and the pictures turned out great. I've only taken a few feet under water and only a few times, but so far it's been holding up. The Magic features makes it that much more fun to take pictures. Perfect size for traveling around, swimming, hiking, etc...
Summary: I bought this camera for an extended hiking trip. Not wanting to carry my Nikon DSLR, I wanted a camera that I could strap on my pack and not worry about bouncing and rain. While it has some fun features like the special effects, I find the overall picture quality has much to be desired. The zoom produces grainy pictures. The ring around the lens fell off almost immediately and is now somewhere in the wilds of Montana.
I've thad them all when it comes to underwater point and shoot cameras

Summary: We have a gopro, nikon, canon, polaroid, and the olympus tough. It really is tough. My major complaint is that the sticker that indicates the setting/mode of the camera came off but I don't blame it. We live in hawaii and use this camera every day when we go diving, spearing, surfing, swimming, you name it. This camera has always consistently captured beautiful shots.
Summary: I really wanted to love this camera, I replaced my old 790sw that was a great camera for me. I just have to keep fighting with this camera to take a normal picture, its either to bright or to dark... I messed around with it on my vacation and lost a bunch of great pictures because this camera did not want to take a good picture, where my 790sw was just point and shoot no messing around with settings...
Summary: A friend of mine had this camera and I liked what it could do - especially the underwater feature). I haven't used it too much and haven't had a chance to go underwater with it yet (too cold in New England this time of year - but it takes great pictures and has some really unusual features that are 'fun'!
Summary: I bought this camera for a trip to the Virgin Islands. I got it a couple of months prior to my trip so I could try it out and get comfortable with it. As a point and shoot it is a great little camera. Pics came out great and it has many features. Would have been a five star until I took it into the water. On my very first snorkel it leaked and was ruined. After drying out a couple of days it did turn on but the menu would not work, nor the picture viewer.
Summary: This camera takes great pictures I really like the macro feature you can get really close pictures with great detail. I'm taking this camera to cancun in May this will be the real test especially the under water features.
Summary: I like it takes photos underwater. I like that it is a small size and has a decent screen. But its zoom is bad. I bought the attachment zoom lens which doesn't do much either. It was a waste of money. I like the camera but taking photos from more than a few feet away is just frustrating.
Summary: For most situations, I've found that my phone camera works just fine. I'm not one to dread over photo quality too much. From my experience, if I wanted a camera with the best quality photos, I would go with a DSLR. I figure if I was going to buy a point and shoot camera, I would buy one that I can use in situations where I cannot use my phone. While shopping around for a durable waterproof camera, I narrowed it down to goPro or TG-2.
