Summary: The Olympus FCON-T01 Fisheye Converter for Olympus TG-1 & TG-2 (Black) is a conversion lens for use with the Olympus TG-1iHS 12 MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom and Olympus Stylus TG-2 iHS Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom and 3-Inch LCD (Black) line of tough cameras by Olympus. The cameras feature an amazingly fast f2.0-4.9 lens that allows for an equivalence (for a 35mm format) of a 25-100mm focal length zoom lens right out of the box.
Summary: This is what I expected. It's good enough that Oly brands it. The camera has a setting specifically for this converter. This is a solid hunk of glued optics, so water is not an issue. This gives a full-frame image -- no tunnel-view vignetting. I use it for hiking in situations where it's impossible to step back for a wider view. Also improves underwater shots while snorkeling. Update: I've used this a /lot/ since I purchased it.
Summary: I'll be using this lens on upcoming vacations. The playing with it I did shows both the versatility and creativity it offers. It's gotten some great group shots and some interesting landscapes in the late winter snows. If you have to chose between this lens and the telephoto, get this one.
Summary: I bought this camera for my girlfriend because she lost hers and we wanted something a bit more rugged for our many outdoor adventures. The picture quality is so good that I hate to use my old nikon anymore, so I we switch off using the Tough when we go on adventures. There are four things I don't like about the camera: 1. the lens has no cover, so it gets dirty easy when in pockets or whatever 2.
Summary: A great camera, tough and very responsive. In the last month I have taken this camera to Mexico snorkeling and hiking in the jungle, skiing in Utah and skiing in Washington state. Both ski trips it snowed, the camera got dropped and frozen, and in Mexico I had the camera in salt water (both snorkeling and in surf), fresh water and serious rain downpours. I couldn't be more pleased. I have not found the movies to be noisy or difficult to shoot or view.
Summary: So I dropped my brand new Olympus TG-1 iHS off a dock by accident. There it lay about 15-20 feet underwater for twelve hours until a diver was able to recover it the next day. He handed it to me and I pushed the power button. The camera booted right up without any hesitation. Just washed it off under some fresh water and it literally looks brand new. I'm now confident this camera will put up with any challenge I accidentally throw it's way.

Summary: I have owned the Olympus tough cameras since they began. I am a true believer, not only do I need a camera small, tough and shoots a great picture, I need it dust resistant, water resistant, and when you download the shots, it is as though your looking at what you took the picture of... Nice. Love Love Love the different features.
