Summary: For the money, this is a very good point and shoot camera for casual use. One slight detraction is that you need to give it a full charge before taking it out to use it for the day, otherwise it will die on you in mid-day. The shutter is a little slow, but acceptable. HD video is very good. I like the 24 fps setting at 1080p.
Summary: Bought this for vacation this year because I was tired of lugging around the large SLR digitals I normally use. My 2001 Olympus, 4 MP camera takes much better photographs than this one. In fairness it did cost 9 times more than this one. But there has been 11 years of technology improvements in digital cameras since then. This is a 16.5 MP HD and was not impressed by the photos. The camera was slow and between frames seemed like an eternity so you can miss a lot.
Great little camera, Great EBAY price. I am glad I have it.

Summary: It is what it is, a mini-camera with much better features and pricing than it's ancestor, the Olympus C-3020 Zoom for which I paid $500.00 about twelve years ago. I don't test cameras for a living so I really don't see any real purpose for being asked to provide this review. That being said, this camera IS very small,(compact), It is loaded with "special" features and programs most of which I will never make use of. It is cute as a button, (I think so anyway).
Summary: When I was looking for a camera to replace my Samsung S 85, which was past it's best but still took a good photo, I did a lot of research and came to the conclusion that this camera was the one for me. It ticked a lot of boxes and looked good as well. However when I got it home and started taking pictures, uploading them to my computer I realised the picture quality was not as good as my old camera, whether on 8 or 16 MP.
Summary: I have owned Olympus cameras with a generous zoom capability for many years. At the time of writing, this camera had only recently been released. It is a considerable advance on previous Olympus models, and is an excellent camera, having a zoom of 12.5 X, and a massive 16 Megapixels. Its capabilities are sufficient for most people's needs.
Summary: Salve a tutti.
