I have a newq 6020. I have taken a few regular photos that are great. Then I needed to charge the battery - yes a pain because charging is via the camera - anyhow we then went snorkeling here in Maui. Again a took 2 photos while the guys were getting ready and they looked good in the review screen. Then they tried to use the camera underwater and got a NO CONNECTION message. What Happened???? My friend made sure the camera case was locked before we entered the water, The battery also wanted to be recharged when we returned to the condo. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

Did anyone notice the flash? It's bright and I all the subjects of my pictures can't even keep there eyes open. Any suggestions? Also, I was under the impression this camera had tap control when I bought it yet I can't figure it out.

the computer and run the installation program. The program does not come up on my computer. (Mac). Thanks Bill McManus

The program won't come up if you have a memory card already installed. The reason is because when the card is selected as the "active memory," the internal memory (where a manual and the program is located) is hidden and not accessible. Unplug the camera, remove the card, and replug it in. Then you should be able to run the setup.exe or use the "Initialize camera" option. Once this custom ib photo program is installed, accurate battery info is also now available to the computer.
