Honest camera,well preserved,
9 September 2012
Summary: i am satisfy by it,i already had one and this one is my spair when i am going on skidoo or motorcycle.the only weakness is the front door switch thats turning it On and OFF.The rest is an honest camera.
Summary: I purchased this from amazon in april 2004. It must have been lost. Over the last 3 months my son got maried, and I sat at the Kitchen table and I noticed a familar camera case. I asked whose it was and my teen agers said "It's yours DaD!" They found it in my now married son room. I was Perplexed. It was all there. The camera, xd card, charger, rechargabled battery. So I charged it up and it is back in service again.
Summary: I bought this camera because I thought I lost my husband's camera. (We have since found it). Now I have this camera and I just love it. The picture quality is wonderful. I rate my experience as 5 stars.
Summary: We purchased this camera because we have the underwater housing for it. We are going on a cruise in sept and wanted to use it. We lost the previous camera and saw this on ebay and figured why not. We found the old camera 2 days after getting the new one in the mail..lol.. Now we have two cameras.
Summary: This camera has been my travel buddy for three years now, and we've taken quite a few amazing photos. Its been especially good at giving me crisp black-and-white pictures despite the (now) low resolution. With some common sense (turning off the flash when it isn't needed, using a tripod for night scenes) and actual reading of the online instructions (using the macro setting for close-up texture), one can take great photos within the zoom and pixel limitations.
Summary: This camera takes great pictures and has enough options for the casual photographer. They only feature I don't like is the lens extend and retract by the opening and closing of the lens cover. Other than that, it is great and a tough little camera. I would certainly recommend it.
Summary: I called Olympus to see if they could repair this non-working camera. They said they no longer carried stock nor parts for this camera. I discarded it. It was not worth having someone else try to repair it.
Summary: I love this camera because it is so easy to use. This point and shoot camera has the viewfinder which in my opinion makes it easy to see exactly what you're taking a picture of. You really only need 4.0 megapixels to get great pictures. I have a Canon EOS 20 camera as well and find myself always using the Olympus 410.
