The Perfect Camera for Anyone

Summary: I have owned this camera since 2005. It was stolen from my home recently, and I just purchased another one. I compared this camera to all of Olympus's other remakes and none can compare to the picture quality.
Summary: I couldn't download the pictures from this camera, when I sent it in to Olympus for warranty work they said because I tried to take off the sticky label and didn't finish, it voided my warranty. The problem was in the USB port of the camera which wouldn't recognize the computer connection.
Conclusion: One problem with reviews is that most opinions are based on first impressions and some limited testing, little can be said about the longevity of a particular product other than "it feels solid", as the Olympus SP-550 certainly does.
Conclusion: Just last month I would have said this is the best camera ever made, but now I'm out of warranty and get a "zoom error" report and the camera shuts down, unable to use it at all. Stored in a Pelican case, water tight, padded, never dropped, never mishandled, never exposed to vibration, dust, sand or...
Summary: After much research I bought this camera over a year ago. It is just what I wanted. It is light-weight even considering the features it has. My favorite thing about it is the 18 power zoom lens. I often use it to photograph wildlife that won't let me get very close.
Summary: The product arrived quick! Everything was in there and it is in time for my dad's trip to Europe. Some stuff was duplicate of what he already has like the bag and the tripod, but i had known that before ordering. The filters and the lenses are what I was looking to buy.
Summary: This package is a must have for your camera! It has almost everything you need to get the professional look without having to know everything about your camera. Only thing I think it is missing is a micro lens but you can get that seperatly if needed.

Summary: The kit is great. The tripod is lightweight yet of high-quality, is very basic, that it does not have a level reference. The wide-angle and telephoto lens are working just fine. The lens adaptor is nice that it has a choice of two length, either when your lens is at full retract or full zoom.
Summary: i have this camera for 13 months already and i have taken it on 4 long trveling periods. this past tour two pieces of felt/rubber that are supposed to make your hold of the camera comfortable started falling off. on another occasion the little door that holds the xd card got open while i was wlking.
