The Olympus FE-4030 is a 14 megapixel digital camera that supports 4x wide optical zoom (26-105mm), Digital Image Stabilisation, iAuto mode, Advanced Face Detection and a 6.9cm/ 2.7" LCD display. It also features AF-Tracking, Magic Filters, and is designed in a double-layered crystal shell form factor. The camera also features movie recording capabilities with sound, USB-Battery Charge function, TruePic III image processor and in-camera help guide.

The Olympus FE-4030 is a 14 Megapixels digital camera that features a primary colour filter (RGB) filter tray, 1/2.33 ’’ CCD sensor, 4 x (WIDE) optical zoom, 4.7 - 18.6 mm focal length/26 - 105 mm (36 mm equivalent), f2.6 - 5.9 aperture range, a 7 lenses / 6 groups lens construction with 4 aspherical glass elements, 4 x digital zoom / 16 x combined with optical zoom, and a 2.7 inch (230000 dots) TFT display with 2 level brightness adjustment. The camera also features iESP, Face Detection AF, Spot, and AF Tracking focusing mode, TTL iESP auto focus with contrast detection, 1/2 - 1/2000 s / < 4 s (Night scene) shutter speed, Digital Image Stabilisation Plus, Advanced Face Detection Technology, +/- 2 EV / 1/3 steps exposure compensation, 14 scene modes (Portrait, Landscape, Night Scene, Night Scene with portrait, Sports, Indoor, Candle, Self-portrait, Sunset, Fireworks, Cuisine, Documents, Beach and Snow, Pet), Magic filter such as Pop Art, Pin Hole, Fisheye and Sketch. The FE-4030 also supports up to 1600 ISO sensitivity, white balance adjustments, Engine TruePic III image processing and Pixel mapping. It allows users to edit their image on-camera, and supports movie recording. The Olympus FE-4030 also has an internal 46 MB memory with expandability via SD / SDHC removable media. The Olympus FE-4030 measures 92.5 x 55.5 x 21.6 mm and weighs 116 g (including battery and memory card).
