The Olympus FE-370 features a compact body that contains the combination of a 1/2.35"-type eight megapixel image sensor and an Olympus-branded 5x optical zoom lens with a rather tight 36mm wide-angle. A 2.7-inch LCD display with 230,000 dot resolution offers the FE-370's only option for framing and reviewing images, as there's no optical viewfinder on this model. Read more

I especially like its ease of use. Just look through the viewfinder, get a good shot and shoot with the mere touch of a button on top of the camera … No need to mess with complicated lenses as with an SLR camera and no need to physically advance the film. Read more
I tried out the Olympus FE370 8 MP Zoom Digital Camera today at Best Buy. The camera is everything I want including a video feature. The totally cool part is Best Buy is trimming $50 off the already reduced price of $180 for the annual Black Friday sales extravaganza. I will be lining up with the rest of the mob at 5:00 in the morning the day after Thanksgiving to nab my Olympus FE370. Hey, $50 for a little inconvenience. What the heck. Read more

Bought this camera for my wife at a Circuit City close-out, and it worked fine out of the box. Came with a solid little case (a plus), but it had no pockets for extra batteries and memory cards. I brought it overseas and next time I went to use it for some reason the menus did not respond. After several attempts I gave up and next trip I bought another camera. Read more

When I put my batterin the charger the light on the charger turns yellow at first and then goes out. My battery does not end up getting charged at all. Has this happened to anyone? Do I need a new battery? My camera is only a little over a year old.

Looking at buying one of these. I mostly shoot photos of my 2 yr od and newborn. Sister has the Canon and I like it, but great deals on Olympus make it enticing as well. Which is better overall when using auto mode most of time?
