  1. Not a camera expert but this one sucks

Pros: -Compact, seems sturdy and looks nice. -The lcd viewing screen looks nice and the menus are pretty intuitive. Cons: -Default memory card only holds like 4 pictures. -Pictures are several megabytes but still look very grainy in all light conditions. I've messed around with the different options extensively and they don't seem to make any difference. I've seen pictures from cameras with half the mega pixels that look better. Read more

I bought this camera for our teenage daughter - first camera for her. It is great little camera for general purposes. I think it could use a stronger, brighter flash for the 12 megapixel pictures for which it is designed. Read more

I wanted the cheapest NEW camera available, so I took a chance with this. This is a cheap camera and that is what you get with it. CHEAP images. The picture quality is acceptable in brightly lit areas, but it performs very poorly at night or in lowlight conditions. Read more

    • Battery hog, VERY POOR image quality, horrible in low-light conditions, does not use standard SD card

This is a very simple and easy to use camera. The screen is not the best, but it takes good pictures. The one other down fall is the XD cards are much more expensive that the SD cards used by just about everyone else. Read more or see product
