Olympus EVOLT E-3

Released in October 2007, the Olympus E-3 is the sought after successor of the Olympus E-1 released 4 years earlier. The E-3, like the other Olympus E-series camera has the company’s best feature the four thirds system. It has an image processing system called the shadow adjustment technology which makes image capturing more dynamic E-3 has a fully weatherproof system that makes sure that photos will be dust proof.

E-3 has a 10 megapixel image sensor that ensures a very detailed image for a perfect photo quality. It has a 2.5 inch Live view LCD that can magnify up to 5, 7, or 10 times. It has a capture speed of 5 frames per second. Its body is sealed in magnesium alloy that is very environment friendly. With its SWD lenses, E-3 can be used anywhere and everywhere without sacrificing image quality. Images are stored in CompactFlash type I/II, XD Picture Card and has a dual slot. It has a built in pop-up flash, wireless control and up to 3 external flash groups and 4 channels.
