Summary: I wish there had been an explanation showing how to use the special lenses (Pro Series: wide angle, close-up, filters, ec) included in the package. I did figure out how to use the two Nikon lenses of course (instructions were in the Nikon manual) Otherwise, camera took great pictures in all lighting conditions and was easy to use.
Excerpt: I had been wanting to upgrade from my old D80 and now that I have been using the camera for a couple of weeks I am very happy i did. The pictures and screen are far sharper than my old camera and the interface permits quicker, better control while shooting. So far this is a great camera!
Pros: Fast Shutter Speed, Good Image Quality, High ISO Performance, Large Clear LCD
Summary: Very nice camera, however, The bag is not big enough for all the accessories that come with it. The filters do not fit any of the lenses. The SD card had issues right off the bat. I lost my pics and was not able to reformat it. I do like the camera itself overall.
Summary: Great deal for the package! Item arrived on time and in good condition. Great lenses included in the package and the camera body has no issues. The camera body is gray market. I knew this when buying the package due to the price point, although it doesn't say that in the product description. It's no biggie as I've owned several gray market camera bodies and they have served me very well in the past, so I did not hesitate buying this.
Summary: First off, the D7000 body is a great one. It has a lot of the features of the higher end bodies, but with the cost savings of a APS-C (crop) sensor. It's worth noting that while this bundle is great bang for your buck, especially if you're a beginner photographer trying to build your equipment library, the lenses are not the greatest. I'll give some detail here: --18-55mm - This is the standard kit lens that comes with most Nikon cameras.
