Summary: Great Camera. Got this before a trip to Africa to go on Safari. The Nikon D7000 is pretty easy to use if you're new to a DSLR. There are a bunch of automatic features/settings to make it easy. The controls for manual adjustments are pretty easy to learn with the help of the user manual.
Summary: I am a professional photographer. This replaced my Nikon D200. I like it very much. Has great ability for low noise non flash pictures. The only drawback is that in auto iso the flash still stays in it unlike the D200. I do not think the flash should stay in auto iso when turned on.
Summary: This Nikon D7000 kit is great for someone just getting into photography as well as the more experienced user. The lenses offered in this kit are a great mix for the beginner. The 50mm prime is great, while the 70-300 is the older lens w/o VR it will still turn out good pictures and the camera itself...
Summary: The D7000 is exactly as promised. I especially appreciate that Nikon provides a very detailed instruction BOOK rather than have you go online for instructions and guides. The ease of operation and image quality is superior.
Summary: I've had this bundle for a little over a month & I'm very pleased. I've worked in graphic designing for over 7 years & having quality photos to work with is a must to produce quality & quick material.
Summary: This kit is a great buy! I had an older camera D80 with a 18-200 vr lens that was stolen from me. This camera kit was my replacement. WOW what a difference. I love everything about it, from the sturdiness of the camera to the easy to navigate menu. Nikon has also improved their 18-200mm lens.
