Araldite, DP Review
5 November 2013
  • Excerpt: I have had two of these cameras. Went to the D7100 after my first one, the Canon 70D and now own a D7000. In my pinion it has stood the test of time and unless your pixel peeking will give the D7000 a good run for it's money.

Hits above its weight class

larryg, Adorama
1 October 2013
  • Excerpt: I needed a solid Nikon body that was meter-compatible with my manual focus AI lenses from my film Nikons [FE2 and FM3A]. In this mode there are only Aperture and Manual modes. What else do you need?
  • Pros: Fast Shutter Speed, Good Image Quality, High ISO Performance, Large Clear LCD, Quiet

Disappointed with refurbished condition

CW, Adorama
24 September 2013
  • Excerpt: The condition of the camera was below average for a refurbished item with significant wear on the camera grip. The rest of the camera was in good shape though and the camera had less than 2k shutter counter. Adorama was easy and quick to process my return.

Fantastic camera. Fantastic price.

Big Ben, Adorama
24 September 2013
  • Excerpt: I am purely an amateur. I love taking photos, but am far from expert. That said, I've used my share of cameras over the years. My favorite to date has been my trusty F4, but film is sooo inconvenient! Enter the D7000. What a great handling camera.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus, Good Image Quality, High ISO Performance, Quiet
