Nikon 12 MP Digital Camera

oasis, REVIEW STREAM

  • Excerpt: Nikon hasn’t been the leading company when it comes to digital cameras BUT they have come along way. They offer tons of different electronics but the main one that catches most consumers eye is the digital camera . I have had a handful of cameras in my time but I will admit that the newest Nikon Digital Camera has captured not only my heart but my attention. I won’t say that it’s one of the best cameras I’ve had, all because I’m a part time photographer.

Nikon D60

Ludvik Rahman, REVIEW STREAM

  • Excerpt: I bought it 13 months ago, i must say this camera offers nice features, have very good pictures, and i have been surprised by its quality. It’s lightweight and compact for an SLR. It offers lots of configurations in terms of focus modes, white balance, manual setting modes sore that there are different parameters for taking pictures that can give a creative touch to it. Perhaps the worst aspect is it’s slow speed of writing in the Storing media (SD / MMC).

Nikon D60 camera

Mircea, REVIEW STREAM
22 March 2014
  • Excerpt: I always thought of the nikon d60 as being way superior to an nikon d40/d40x. Fact is I was quite disappointed and despite the popularity of the camera I can’t see the big differences between the d40x and it. Before touching one I had the impression that the D60 has an auto-focus motor ( as an improvement to the d40/x ) which it lacks. Then I started asking myself about the improvements, as the body is the same, having the same shape and the same buttons.

  • Excerpt: Bought this as my second camera but as a first semi-professional SLR back in 2007/08 when I was 18. Still am using until now in university as a photography major and I still am finding how amazing this little guy is despite the lack of settings the D60 would have compared to a D90 and its newer siblings.

awesome camera, but sometimes it refuses to take pictures!

cloudtenfurniture, Ebay

  • Summary: I love this camera, and the 55-200mm lens is amazing and produces a narrow focus range just like I was looking for. It has a quick recovery time after each picture, BUT if the battery is low it will not let you take a picture at all. And sometimes (when the battery isn't low) it will not take a picture. I think it might be because the flash is too hot but idk! Kinda drives me nuts, and worries customers!

  • Excerpt: Purchasing my Nikon D60 is one of the best decisions I ever made and I got a really great deal at Costco on the D60, two lens, and a carrying case.   The huge improvement in the quality of my photos has helped me to start an online photo business.   The ease of using the auto or manual settings provides so many opportunities.   I carry my Nikon D60 everywhere I go and love the portraits, landscapes and closeup shots I have captured. Nikon is synonymous with quality.

  • Excerpt: My recent purchase of the Nikon D60 is the best investment I could of made for my little family. With our recent car accident the love of photography with this camera get my daughter wanting to get out there. Thus healing faster. We have no prior training and really haven't read the manual. Yet are able to take very professional quality images with ease. Thank You People at Nikon... Love it...

Great first DSLR camera

HGsurvivor, Viewpoints
9 September 2012
  • Excerpt: I've always wanted a great camera since I found that most photography places charge an arm and leg to have pictures taken.  I got this and loved it!  It's easy to use and you can do so much!  Great first DSLR camera if you want one! Cons:  The book is very big to read, so I have just been teaching myself.   Price was pricey when I got it but has gone down a good bit! There also is No video, but I don't need it.
