  • Excerpt: Nikon's D3200 is the entry level DSLR from the Japanese imaging giant, but with a 24.2 megapixel sensor and crisp 3-inch LCD screen for viewing your shots around the back, this is anything but a basic picture box.

  • Summary: The D3200 is a refinement of the D3100 which now sits at the low-end of Nikon's entry-level DSLRs. The truly remarkable change is the new 24 megapixels sensor which can shoot continuously at 4 FPS for up to 100 JPEG images. It is a relatively compact DSLR with the most basic feature set. The D3200 is directly aimed at new DLSR owners. Among entry-level DSLRs, the Nikon D3200 is one of the most basic but also one of the most simple to use.
  • Pros: Low image noise, Good image colors, Accurate autofocus system, Short shutter-lag, Good shot-to-shoot speed, Excellent time-to-first-shot, Generally good ergonomics, Full HD video with autofocus, Good build quality, Easily usable with gloves on
  • Cons: Serious over-exposure, Below average AWB, Autofocus on the slow side, 1s video record delay, Microphone records camera noise, LCD glare when settings are changed, Self-timer resets after each use, Live-View not exposure-priority, No exposure bracketing, Exposure steps always 1/3 EV, Odd Auto ISO behavior, Lens mount lacks mechanical-coupling

  • Summary: A superb video mode, but details in photos don't live up to expectations and the menu-driven controls bug us as much as ever

  • Conclusion: Aparat jest udanym produktem segmentu "entry level".
