Excerpt: "...of all, I am using Nikon D3100 for 2 years and i am still really happy by its results. First thing i would like to say is that Nikon D3100 has 14.2 Megapixels. it has a better image quality than any other starter-level products. it can shoot 1080p resolution video with 24fps and has the feature of continuous focusing during the video. the body itself is 505g and it is very small. the bad thing about the camera that disturbs me all the time is that ...
Pros: really light and you can really get impressed from the results despite it is starter - level product
Cons: has a bad back - screen and is unsatisfying for a professional .
Summary: Nikon, one of the best camera makers -- we all know right. Again the company has done it with d3100. If you are a regular digital camera user and buying this as you first DSLR you will fall in love with it at first look (really). The basics: you can get the specs from anywhere you want so I am not wasting in writing it. Still, I will have a say about the image sensor size which is the heart of any camera and trust me this has a golden heart.
Summary: Nikon d3100 is one such intuitive camera with which can capture beautiful memories of your life with excellent perfection. This means, pictures and videos captured by this dslr camera will be of great clarity. So, enjoy capturing your world with this stupendous photography solution by Nikon.
Summary: This Nikon got my eyes popping when I saw its price. It is a very good piece of engineering. Has got 14 mp of camera. A nice and comfortable design. And also a nice price tag of just 25000!! You are not going to get anything better than this one. If you are willing to shell out some more money for more megapixels, you should check out nikon d3200 which has got 24 mp camera. But it costs around 35k. So assume this one as its younger brother.
Summary: After using film cameras for years and having my own darkroom, the simplicity of digital prints renews my interest.Took the D3100 on holiday and provided a lasting memory of a great place. I took hundreds of shots on one charge and one sd card. As an entry level camera, I would recommend. I have not owned the camera long enough yet to assess its long term usability, but if it is anything like all my Nikon film equipment then I won't be disappointed.
Pros: Great Picture Quality, Lightweight, Simple Controls
