Summary: Took this Camera to Spain and got great shots. The CMOS processor made shooting in low light possible. The zoom is amazing. If this was a camera of just a few months ago with that kind of zoom it would never fit in your pocket.
Summary: I use my camera extensively as I take pictures all day (approx. 1,000 or more in a run) doing house inspections. This camera is well designed, light, responsive to low light situations, and hasn't let me down yet. I love Nikon products and due to the use and abuse I put a camera through, I go through one a year, if not more. But I am a heavy use with lots of abuse (drops and beatings from crawling through areas, etc.
Summary: I bought this camera to replace the S8100 that my husband broke. So far, it's working out great. I have a Nikon D3100 that I use, but I always like to have a point and shoot for when we're out and on the run. It takes great pictures, and is very similar to the Nikon S8100 that I was replacing. The zoom is a bit better, it has more MP, and the menu workings/navigation are still the same.
Summary: I was worried I didn't have enough knowledge about camera's to purchase one online but this one is great! Takes super clear and fast pictures and zooms in so amazing. Much better of a camera than what it cost me! It will be great for studying abroad for me this summer, can't wait.
Summary: This is a great product (S9200)and fulfills everything promised. There is a slight hitch though, as obvious as this sounds, you need to carefully read the manual. I don't mean to discount the occasional lemon someone has purchased, I experienced many of the complaints I read about in the reviews here. However, if you read the manual it explains what you are doing wrong to end up with blurred pictures and other complaints I've seen listed.
Summary: I have wanted this camera for a while. The price was terrific. I love the camera and use it with great pleasure. The pictures I have taken so far are really superior to my last camera even in low light situations
