Summary: Great camera if you can spend hours learning about settings and take a photography course online. Otherwise pictures are always blurry you can't use autofocus like other point and shoot cameras and expect good clear pictures.
Summary: I'm not a professional by any means but I like this camera for the most part. My only real (and biggest) issue is that I got this camera specifically because I wanted to be able to take pictures of moving people and subjects without much blur, I got the opposite with this.
Summary: I bought this camera quickly without checking into options and I now wish I would have waited. The picture quality can be good, but you need to make sure all settings are correct and it is easy to have blurry photos. As many have said, the placement of the flash is annoying.
Summary: I read previous reviews of the Nicon s9200 and most of them were favorable. I was looking for a higher resolution, non-DSLR type camera for general use, and I didn't want anything overly complicated to deal with. Overall, the camera does a decent job.
Summary: I should have gotten info on the blurring of shots since this camera did not have that feature. My hands being big often times would get in the way of flash/lens/mic. Maybe sometime later I will upgrade to the S9300.
Summary: I did considerable research before choosing this camera after my previous Nikon S6000 was ruined when the waterproof container I put it in while snorkeling in Hawaii turned out to have a warning against submerging.
