Summary: I bought this camera because I was looking for something with wifi. This was only one of my 2 options at the store. It has the android operating system which I really am not a fan of, but decided to give it a try anyways. I used it for 5 minutes before packing it up to take it back. I have 3 small kids and so when they start doing something that I want to get a picture of, I have to be fast!
Summary: I was very excited to buy this camera to replace my Sony Cybershot. I had to return it within the first 2 weeks and exchange it because there was a "spot" on the lens that appeared in all my photos. I also just could not get a decent photo indoors no matter what setting I used. The new camera stopped charging a month later and the lens opening also quit opening the whole way. So now I'm out of a camera for weeks while it is out for repairs and regretting my purchase.
Pros: It has a lot of features
Cons: The photo quality is not good, short battery life, broke within a month of purchase
Summary: I purchased this camera as an everyday go to primarily for videos and some pictrues. I was gravely dissapointed with this camera in every possible way. The pros: Not much to mention here other than android OS. It runs decently, a bit choppy but hey no complaints, you have android. The cons: Image stabilization is non existant. The microphone is on the bottom of the camera, so if you place it on a stand, forget about it capturing audio.
Pros: Android, picture quality
Cons: Slow to take pictures, slow to boot up, lag, mic is placed badly, no stabilization
Summary: The main reason I purchased this camera was because of the extra large screen made it easy for me to see. I did not buy it because of all the extra features - wifi, internet, etc. I looked at those features as an added bonus. To sum it up, the camera takes good pictures and has an extra large screen.
Pros: Pictures quality, Large screen
Cons: Short Battery life, wifi function, turning off
Excerpt: Disclaimer: I purchased this at my job to fill a particular niche in a project, not so much to use as a camera. We were more interested in its Android capabilities. Pros: Optics seem pretty sharp, and image quality pretty good. Shooting is plenty fast for a point & shoot. It comes with 2 GB of onboard memory as well as an SD card slot, which is nice. Android is pretty standard Android 2.3.
