Summary: Zoom lens errors. After a couple weeks of use the zoom lens would no lnger work and the camera would shut down whenever I tried to zoom out. "Lens error" message was displayed across the screen. Pictures were great from the two weeks it functioned, but not worth the frusteration.
Summary: Pictures are okay... I thought they'd be crisper and better in low light. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the built-in wi-fi option. It's not quick, it's not easy, and really, why bother... Certain "things" need to be set in place for you to even be able to enable the wi-fi option. Super annoying when you don't have a manual handy. I hate how it shows you the option, but you can't change anything on it unless these "conditions" are met. Screw it. Cumbersome. Crap.
Summary: Just got the camera on Sunday night, so only beginning to use it, but I wanted to leave my first impressions. My biggest concern was shutter lag. I had a Nikon point and shoot about 10 years ago, and while it took nice photos, the shutter lag made it impossible to use. After pressing the button to take a picture, it literally took 2 or 3 seconds before the actual photo was taken. There were many times when I had people pose and walk away before the shot was taken.
Summary: I have had my camera for 4 months now. It takes great pictures and video and has cool features. I like being able to send pics to my phone to upload to fb. Its not an easy or quick thing to upload and often freezes up during the process. I have had a lot of problems with my camera freezing up. It always freezes with the zoom out and wont power off or do anything (freezes). Usually I can just let it sit for awhile 30 min or so and it will restart.
Summary: The Camera has good features, However, IT DOES NOT CLICK ON TIME, and does not work properly under sunlight it over exposes. I recently went to dubai and I had multiple problems with the click delays too long and I miss the momentum. This is the worst camera I ever had. I also try to take a picture to the computer screen and the lens is so sesitive that it show all the computer distonsions. It also has a delay in the screen touch commands.
Cons: clicking big delays is the biggest problem overexposure on daylight photos image sensor and built-in delays and blury pictur
Summary: It's very nice little camera. It's very small and has a zoom as good as can be realistically used with a camera of this kind. The battery is rechargeable but doesn't last very long so get a spare one. It has a bunch of useful pre-programmed modes so those of us that are not good photographers can still take some pretty amazing pictures. Get the fastest memory card you can find because this camera is sluggish when saving and deleting pictures.
Summary: Good little camera if you want more than what the iphone camera can do but it has two major drawbacks. The battery life is very short which has been indicated in other reviews and the wifi function needs better explanation on set up and must function better. You have to set it up every time you want to use it and requires many button pushes. Then it does not stay on and you have to redo it.....very irritating.
Summary: This is an excellent point and shoot camera that will easily fit in a shirt pocket. The image quality is excellent and the camera has many features which are useful, including several in camera editing options.
