It was great until I needed to use it months later
2 weeks ago
Summary: I've had this camera for awhile now and it's been in a case and kept from extreme temperature and the screen is all streaky like it was put in water. Not happy that I wasted money on a supposedly great camera.
Summary: I bought this camera because I needed a digital camera that took pictures with really high resolution. The s3500 gives me better pictures than I had hoped for. Easy to use and loaded with features. The only reason for not recommending this to my sister would be that I want mine to be better than hers. Just kidding, I would recommend this camera to anyone wanting slow priced digital camera that takes really good pictures.
Summary: I wouldn't buy it again. Mine takes good quality photos, but it is just too slooooow!! If your subject is moving at all, you won't get the picture you want, because it hesitates from the time that you push the button to when it takes the photo. It is also very slow on storing the photo you just took and preparing the camera to allow you to take another. If your pictures will always be where the subject is stationary or posing, you might like it.
Summary: This camera takes awful pictures, 20.1 MP is a joke… (which is unfortunate because I was really excited about it). But even close up, in great light, the pictures were blurry 8 times out of 10, and it was slow as can be in between taking shots, forget multiple shots, owned/ used just over a month, and it ended up freezing after taking each picture, went black and wouldn't turn off, and the battery had to be removed to reset it. Has been returned.
An affordable "Great Camera" with exceptional photo's - anyone can use ~

Summary: I, purchased this camera for my Girlfriend. She wanted a carry around camera, to take photos with. It is small, light-weight and takes exceptional pictures for it's size. The photos are clear and noise free - up to about an 8x10. The functions, are about the same as more expensive camera's. The only thing,... she needs to learn more about how to adjust - which is some-what different than my cannon, Sure Shot... she'd been using. Thanks You, very much. ~ Rickey L.
