"Don't expect it to last over the 12 month warranty"
30 March 2013
Summary: Purchased one for my daughter a year and a half back. At about 13 months of age the play button for photos already taken stopped working. Funny thing is we had used it only about 6 times in 12 months. Then a month after this we took it out to use it and the battery had died. I can handle the battery, but for what you pay, the camera takes great photos. Sadly don't expect it to last.
Pros: Takes great photos
Cons: Play button died one month after very limited use. Battery died within a month of this.
Summary: I just bought this one. I am no photographer. I just wanted to buy something which was a bit cheap but still produces good pictures. This camera seemed like a god choice out a bunch of sony, canon and samsung of the same price range. I haven't faced ny problem so far except for the fact that the pictures come out too bright at night with auto flash! I like this camera.
Pros: Very easy to use, small size, good quality pictures, affordable price.
Cons: Pictures are a bit too bright when using the flash.
Summary: Bought this camera because it was a well known make and reasonably priced. Tested it immediately by taking a couple of photos, put it back in its box. Next day tried to turn it on again an got "Lens error" - I hadn´t dropped it or even taken it out of the house - took it back to store where I got it and they repaired it free of charge. Took it home took another picture and exactly same result "Lens error". Have now tried all fixes suggested but nothing works.
Excerpt: " As my grandchildren grow up it is important for us to be able to capture the special moments on camera. I’m not very good at photography and I am definitely a point and click person! I know that there are some fantastic cameras on the market but what is the point in having an expensive showy camera if you do not know how to use it. This camera was bought less than a year ago and it does exactly what we need it to. ==PRICE== ...
