Summary: I bought this camera to use for art purposes, but I am using for business right now. It takes great pictures, and I love the projector feature. I can take hand held pictures of documents and drivers licenses, and they come out clear and printable.
Summary: I wasn't' sure that this camera would live up to expectations, but it turned out to be even better. The projected image was clear up to at least the size of one square foot. I am very happy with it and it's easy to use, both as a camera and projector.
Summary: Takes great pictures but what I really got it for was the built in projector. Works good and beats having to carry around a CD and sometimes player in order to show off the pictures from our trips. It also came with plugs to use with your I products so now I can show off things from my iPad/iPhone.
Impressive Innovation, many improvements , GREAT internal Sound

Summary: Nikon hit another one out of the park with this final model, the S1200pj digital projector camera. I really like the S1000pj with its nicely built, solid construction and features. The second in this series is the S1100pj which offered touch screen functions, But the S1200pj offers a larger 3" screen, quick movie botton (rear) and two additional features that are important : The fill movie light (that throws a"fill light" on subjects as well as improved low-light...
Summary: I bought this camera ONLY for the advertised feature that it could be connected to the iPad, iPhone, etc. Well, no cable, means no way to connect !!! As others have said, you can't find that cable anywhere !! Either delete that part from the product description, and or give us a refund. Very surprised, and very disappointed with Nikon for doing this ! Shame on you Nikon !! There goes your good name. :-( I have other Nikons, and many other cameras, so I am not a newbie !
Summary: The Coolpix S1200pj has one feature that I absolutely love - the built in projector. I have been spoiled using an SLR digital, which provides with a higher price higher quality images, which this camera is not able to match. However, the camera for a point and shoot is fun, easy to use and store in my purse for everyday photo opportunities. The vendor did an excellent job of providing fast and easy service.
Summary: I bought this for my daughter's birthday when the 1200 just came out, and she had to send it in for repair because 50% or more of the pictures were blurry. After getting it back, the same problems occurred and after a dozen phone calls, she gave up and asked if she could give it back to me and get another camera. I hardly use it but after taking pictures of New Years Eve 2013 and looking at the photos, 70% are blurry and useless. That was with good indoor lighting.
