Does not have a charger - only rechargeable batteries

Summary: The camera itself is fine - good pictures, easy to use, etc. However, the fact that it is battery operated and you need to buy a whole separate battery charger, instead of just having a wall charger, is really annoying. I would not purchase this again for that reason.
Summary: Pictures are not focused right and the quality is very poor. Bought it for our organization to take pictures at our events and its not up to par for what we need. The camera is difficult to figure out and my staff does not like it.
Summary: I returned this camera. I was so excited to find this camera, a Nikon no less, and eagerly anticipated it's arrival. When it arrived, I devoured the owner's manual, and set it up. First negative, it feels cheap. Lightweight plastic, with an especially flimsy battery case. Taking pictures, I noticed that it is slow to respond, slow to focus, and the images are not as clean and crisp as expected. Got that feeling immediately that I had made a bad purchase and sent it back.
Summary: I purchased this camera because of its nearly 5-star rating; however, I should have heeded the warnings from those who did not rate it well. It wasn't until I was having issues that I found my complaints to be quite similar as those who also disliked this camera. First off, the quality of the indoor shots and outdoor night shots are surprisingly poor for a Nikon. The pictures were dark or very sensitive to your movement.
Summary: The autofocus on this camera is very slow. It was VERY hard to get any pictures of our pet dogs in focus because they constantly move, and the camera keeps trying to refocus. You can do it by aiming your camera at a stationary object and depressing the shutter button half way and HOLD it there. This sets the focus and exposure and holds it as long as you hold the shutter button.
