Summary: this camera starts out good but in the long run, this camera don't hold up good..the first I brought accidentally down on soft carpet and broke real easily and so I replaced it with a new one with the rechargeable battery where I kept my camera in a camera pouch and now its not working and it...
Summary: I have a Coolpix that I purchased over 3 years ago, but unfortunately the battery hatch finally gave way. I bought this camera with the intention of replacing that one. I also own a Rebel T3i. The older camera was a better camera, but it must be said that it was an excellent camera.
Summary: Well first of all, I'm very disappointed in myself for not knowing it takes AA's instead of a lithium battery :( I guess I just assumed. My last camera took the lithium battery that had a wall charger, and I LOVED IT! I'm really nervous this camera is going to EAT these AA's in no time!
Summary: The quality of the picture is good, but the material of the camera looks cheap. If your main concern is taking picture instead of having something looks nice, then this is the one. I bought this for my mother, so I don't care about the look of the camera.
Summary: It is a good camera over all. Easy to use, small size, light weight. Picture quality is acceptable though not very sharp. No stabilizer. One thing I do mind is the poor external looking, not so flat and low quality plastics used.
Very basic digital photography so a good starter but not remotely sophisticated.

Summary: Very old model. It does its job well enough but is very limited indeed indoors. Good results out of doors with a simple and uncomplicated menu system and the ability to zoom in on different parts of your photo to check for quality and squints! Non rechargeable batteries so can be expensive.
Summary: When it worked, it took great photos. Unfortunately, within three months of buying it, it developed a lens error. Nikon did nothing about repairing it, despite it being under warranty. They wanted £40 for the privilege!
