Summary: I bought this camera to take new pictures for our website. I found that even on the highest setting the pictures were remarkably grainy even though the file sizes were huge. The camera seems to go through batteries very quickly. I did find it easy to learn how to use. I don't know if I was expecting too much from this camera, but I definitely did not think it was worth buying. I ended up buying the Nikon P7000 which was much better for my needs.
Summary: I bought the L21 for a forthcoming trip, not wanting to take my superb D40 SLR. I had looked at the L22 reviews and assumed the L21 would be similarly OK. Sorry Nikon but the one I received must be faulty - it only focusses properly about once out of 10 shots. The focus always seems to lock on the subject but of course you cant really see on the screen if its actually spot on.
