Excerpt: I paid around $115 for this camera, and I’d have to say it’s worth it. The screen quality is not very good. Often, when taking pictures, I have thought that they turned out awful. Until, that is, I printed them.
Summary: This was a great buy. I needed a special gift for my family and this is a great gift. The product is good quality and is a gift that will last several years. The price is very good and according to what he sought.
Summary: The camera was delivered promptly and appeard to be in very good condition, however the lense does not readily open when the camera is turned on which causes the picture to be either all black or mostly blacked out. The front apereature sticks frequently.
Summary: Camera has been very well cared for, but had an electronic problem after a couple of months. An IMAGE of a crack showed up on the screen. Sent camera to the Nikon service dept, and was told warranty was invalid b/c they thought the damage was due to a high impact.
Ordered for Refurbished but received the one which looks like USED.

Summary: I have Ordered for Refurbished camera but received the one which has lot of scratches on it and looks like USED for several days by someone!!! The scratches are all over the camera and even the letters on the buttons were disappeared.
Summary: Takes great pictures. I took 35MM film pics prior the the L-18 so, I had to adjust to the lag time. I take a lot of pics of my grandkids so, I learned to "anticipate" with the youngest ones to overcome the lag.
