Pros: easy to handle and fun to use most of the time. the movie feature is very good, the mike is sensitive and i was able to zoom in and zoom out during recording.
Cons: cannot set ISO, pictures come out fuzzy and in many photos the color is off! (reds & yellows) my main complaint is that several of my photos were NOT on the SDHC chip when i went to download! (lost in space)
Excerpt: I love taking pictures! I prefer a digital slr camera. But we purchased this camera for work. This camera works for what we need it to do and it is easy enough that everyone can use it. This is a pretty basic digital camera. The zoom on it is pretty good. I have not had any focusing issues that I have read about. I think sometimes it is the operator not the camera.
Summary: have read so many reviews about this cam before i consider buying it. I had nikons , sonys , canons and casios before. I am a digital photo freak for some of you. I do photoshop and printing my own pics too. I dont consider myself a pro but I have over 15 years of photography experience. Mostly try and fail :) First of all price. I got the camera from ebay and you can see the seller from this review. I paid 138$CAD. which is pretty much nothing for this kind of camera.
"A great point-and-shoot for the price. Excellent zoom."

Pros: Excellent optical zoom, great price, Vibration reduction, many shooting modes, full auto, powerful flash, 10Mpx, A/V mode, nice grip, pretty good digital zoom, low-light focus assist
Cons: focus often fails, focus assist located behind fingers on grip, long minimum focus distance when moderately zoomed (without Macro/close-up mode), no accessory shoe/pc cord for flash/GPS/etc, focus less reliable in macro/close-up modes
"Not bad for the price, but will never beat a DSLR."

Pros: It takes pretty good pictures, and I do at least have a little control over it. It'd be perfect for a beginner or someone needing a camera decent enough to take pix of the kids and pets. Pretty easy to use, and the pix it takes are pretty clear.
Cons: Maybe I'm just spoiled, but I'm used to having total control over the photos I take. I don't like that there's no viewfinder, I don't like that I have zero control over f-stop or shutter, and I don't like that my only option is this weak flash.
