Is it true that rechargeable batteries cannot be used on the Nikon Coolpix L100. I heard there is a firmware for this, but how reliable is it? This is important to me because, I won't be buying this camera if it doesn't work with rechargeable batteries. Thanks

I have been getting some green distortion when I shoot in light.. it does not come out on the picture just the screen is this normal? The camera is only a week old..Thanks!

if it doesnt come out on the pictures thhen dont worry about it. your screen likely has a minor problem and uses to much green. i wouldn't worry about
