List All 5 PricesThe Nikon Coolpix L100 is a 10 megapixel camera with powerful zoom lens. Whether youâ.
The Nikon Coolpix L100 is a medium camera with a 15X wide-angle optical zoom, equivalent to 28-420mm and a large 3" LCD with incomplete coverage (97%). The goal, it seems for the L100, is to be a comfortable-to-use ultra-zoom with minimal feature set, a Read more
If you’re expecting the performance of a DSLR simply because the camera vaguely resembles one, you’re going to be disappointed. This isn’t the batch of users Nikon is targeting with the L100 though. If, however, you’re looking for a basic point-and-shoot with a wide-angle lens and a 15x zoom, then Nikon had you in mind when they created the L100. Read more
The bottom line: The Nikon Coolpix L100 is a decent entry-level megazoom. Just don't look too closely at the photos and stock up on AA batteries. Read more
The Coolpix L100 is a cheap camera, and that is both a blessing and a curse. It does provide a good range of features for the price, but the performance is lackluster and many photographers will find the lack of manual controls limiting. There's the lack of a manual mode, for one. The L100 does not offer any way to directly set the shutter speed, aperture or ISO; that's all done automatically. Read more
The Nikon Coolpix L100 is a good superzoom compact – from wide to telephoto you can expect good quality images from a sterling lens, that’s only let down by a lack of more developed manual controls, in particular no comprehensive ISO options. Read more
Nikon needs to add a NiMH option to the battery type menu. You can still use this type of battery, but, the on screen indicator reads "Low" continuously. Read more
This is our first Nikon. We've heard good and bad in the past. We had a Kodak and a Canon Digi but both had things we just didn't care for so we went with Nikon. We tried several in local stores. Price and features were key for us. When I found JR's price was $60 lower than local stores [...] it was a no-brainer. Now that we've used the camera for almost 2 weeks, we LOVE it. The pics are crisp and sharp...very true to what we saw in person. Read more
The lack of features really, in many ways, kills the whole thing for me because it keeps you from being able to do many advanced photo techniques that I was hoping to be able to do with this camera. But this is okay. The lack of features is a marketing technique which enables someone with no knowledge whatsoever to buy this camera and take incredible pictures, and also, it encourages the power user such as myself to step up to a D90 or D3000 in the future. All in all... Read more
This was a very good Christmas present. The product shipped fast and was on time. The camera is everything I thought it would be and more. I would inform anyone that is in the market to buy a digital camera, this is the one. Have a wonderful day. Read more or see product
Yes these look cool with the metal skulls. Yes the braided red/back cables are unique. But overlook the gimmicks and these sound GREAT. Deep bass that's not overbearing or muddy, decent mids and high as well. If you're careful wrapping the cables up when you put them away, you won't have the cable knots that others have reported. Overall, excellent sounding earbuds with a little "wow factor" to boot. Read more
