Summary: I have owned this camera for at least 4 years. I take it on hunting trips as well as snowmobile excursions, so it does take a beating. I did invest in a nice padded case for it, which you are a fool not to, and it will still easily fit in my shirt pocket.
Summary: I bought this camera like 5-6 years ago. The only problem I had was for about 6 months the camera screen did not want to work and it would shut off even with new batteries in it. I decided I was going to put new batteries in it a couple days ago and it started working again. I was so happy.
Summary: This was a great camera 3 years ago and still is decent now. But at $200 if you buy this you are getting screwed BIG TIME. You can get the new coolpix l24 model with better zoom and resolution for $100-140. I bought my L10 new for $100 three years ago. So BUYER BEWARE. Research before you buy.
Summary: 5***** Great camera very portable and small I've had it for about 2 or 3 years now and i am amazed with the quality of it for such a small/cheap camera. I use it to film airsoft and atv events while holding the gun or throttle in the other hand and I've dropped it many times and still works...
Summary: After carefully checking every reviewed camera on amazon we decided to purchase a pink one for my daughter last christmas. She was trully happy, good quality image, blah, blah, blah After a month of use the LCD screen went black and since my kid had lost the receipt nothing could be done but I...
Summary: Decent performance, size and price. But if you use it only occasionally then every time you pick it up the batteries will be dead/low. Scene mode seems very susceptible, it always thinks the batteries are low after 20 shots or a week of being off.
Summary: I received this camera as a Christmas gift last year. It's still my first digital camera, but back then I was quite intimidated by it. Turns out I had nothing to fear! The manual is very helpful, especially with the "Scene" settings.
Summary: I bought this camera seven months ago. I paid like $100 for it. I did not use it that much but the shuter button broke. I sent it to Nikon for repair. They sent me the bill for $105.59. I called Nikon and they told me to send by fax receipt so that they can honor warranty.
Summary: I bought the L10 in Panama several weeks ago. My old camera was stolen earlier, and cameras are very expensive in Costa Rica where I live now. I paid $100.00 which was a little above the Amazon price. I slapped a 2 gig memory card in it and started taking pictures.
