Summary: It is a good little work camera, for taking pictures in an outdoor setting. Price was not that great for a refurbished, but I was replacing one that was destroyed in a work accident and that left me with backup battery, cables, and charger from my previous kit. If you are looking to take pictures in low light, however, this is not the camera for you.
Summary: I dislike the fact that I've been unable to find a memory chip anywhere for this camera. I do not believe this was put in the ad for the camera. The camera itself is in good condition and if I can find a chip will probably work out for me.
Summary: This is a pretty good little camera. It was my first digital camera...a christmas present last year. It has had some good use. It's great for a beginner or something light to take on a trip--I got tired of lugging around my SLR, tripod, bag, lenses, etc. I would actually maybe give this 3 3/4 ;) stars, but that is not an option.
Summary: First off let me say that I love this camera. It really is a lot of fun to take pictures, especially with all the wonderful features it has to offer. However, there are a few problems I have with it. For one, after you take a picture, sometimes there is a black screen for about 8 seconds and you can't do anything until the screen comes back. Maybe it takes a little while for the picture to properly register in the play menu, I'm not sure.
Excerpt: I bought this camera long ago in Dec, 2004 The camera has 3.2 mega pixel resolution. I still have it, though I use Nikon D40 these days. It was one of the good camera of old time, very sturdy, small, easy to carry and above all value for money. Likes: small size Excellent, i repeat excellent picture quality good looks cheap (got mine for £120) sturdy (have fallen many times) simple point and shoot operation Dislike: AA batteries drains too quickly 128 MB internal memory...
Excerpt: I have had this camera for a number of years now, and have found a number of advantages as well as a number of disadvantages. This is my opinion of the camera. **ADVANTAGES** - Easy to use and choose a mode that you want to use. - Play back button so you can view the photos you have taken on the 1.6 inch LCD display. - It is small compared to other digital cameras, therefore you are able to carry it with you wherever you may choose to takre it.
Pros: Small, many functions, view finder, night mode, video + more
Excerpt: I got this camera a few years ago now and it is my first digital camera. I'm no technical expert, but I will tell you my experiences as a beginner to the digital camera world. Firstly - the screen. It's big enough to use perfectly well, but a little bit extra would be NICE. Not essential, but it would be a bonus. Secondly, the on-screen menu system. It's pretty much what you'd expect from any digital camera. It has all the usual features in a simple, easy to use system.
Pros: Cheap(ish), easy to use, quite compact
Cons: Quite hard to take good pics without using the flash, really bad at night
Excerpt: When I first got this camera I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread with all its different settings, even though I didn't know what most of them did and still don't to this day (although it is all explained in the manual). The camera takes really pictures good on just a normal setting, however others such as the museum setting takes slightly blurred which have a tendency to have an orange tint to it.
Pros: Small, easy to use, what you would expect for the price
Excerpt: Although this digital camera does not have the highest number of megapixels on the market, it has suited me very well. It is a very simple point and shoot camera, and comes out with some great results. The batteries(rechargeable, which come with the camera) seem to last longer than others, as when i was on holiday with my friend, her Olympus camera ran out of battery much faster than mine.
