Excerpt: What a find! The DiMAGE Z20 is my first digital camera with zoom. It works perfectly. Colour shift is evident at times but I correct this externally, along with sharpness. The Konica Minolta Z20 is an incredible camera to use and hold. Every thing seems easy about it. The camera takes excellent photos, I have taken just over 4.5 thousand since march 2005. It works well in low light situations, but not perfectly, a little noise is visible.
Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z20 5.2 Megapixel Digital Camera

Summary: This is a outstanding digital camera, for its age. There only seems to be a couple of problems, and that is: 1. It's not capable of wide angle shots. (To gain such shots, on must spend an estimated $140.00 upon a wide angle lens, that is really nothing more, then a fish eye.) 2. Video has no sound capabilities. Other then the above mentioned faults, this is a mighty good all around camera.
Summary: I just bought a NEW Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z20. I am a Big fan of these Konica Minolta cameras. I had purchased 2 of them a few years ago and the camera is very lightweight yet Durable- read this as "my kids dropped them quite a few times " The DiMAGE Z20 takes pictures that rival those of some more expensive cameras, the colors are rich and full with nice contrast.
Summary: like the feel of the camera. I`m not the type that likes the little flat cameras. This feels like what a real camera should feel like. I would recomend it. you don`t need anything more than 5 mega pixels to take standard photos. The quality of the picture is excelent in my opinion. very adjustable yet user friendly.
Summary: While I wouldn't quite call it excellent. It is a great little camera, with alot of options you don't get in the pocket cameras. It takes beautiful pictures. Even as close as 0.5 inch away for supurb detail.
Pros: Beautiful pictures, intuitive, simple UI, all lens mechanicals are enclosed and protected from elements, z10's and 20's can be had for a song used on ebay. Excellent form factor, feels like a camera should. No proprietary batteries! Just use AA's.
Cons: No sound on video, image stabilization sorely missing in night and twilight but full zoom shots in daytime with no tripod are perfectly viable.
Summary: We had the Dimage Z10 3MP and loved it. We were in Hawaii on the black sand beach where we dropped it and broke the battery lid latch. Otherwise we would still be using it. We liked it so much that we went out of our way to find this very hard to find Z20. Is it the best camera out there? No. There are better with more options. However, for simplicity and quality, with good features, this is the best for us. The other reason to buy this camera is the price. Under $200.
Summary: I have owned this camera for a year now and I am not able to get good quality photos indoors. Most of my indoor photos have turned out dark. I have missed a lot of great photos (concerts, award ceremony, pageants, etc.) because of this camera.
Summary: first time buying on overstock and i was kinda nervous when i was told that some items are refurbished...my camera did not come with an instructions booklet or a very important camera lens cover,,,,i was very disappointed and probably will not buy from this website again
