Summary: I was excited to get this camera, but after the first few times I used it, I started hating it more and more. My pictures would always get messed up one way or another.
Conclusion: After careful research, I purchased the Minolta over the Cannon for the higher resolution (8Mp over 6Mp) and for the anti-shake feature, both of which I felt would extend
Pros: Good construction for one-handed usage. Fairly robust. Good combination of point-and-shoot features vs manual overrides.
Cons: Medium-Poor quality lens (suprising for Minolta), extremely poor AF, narrow intensity range. Anti-shake often introduces blurring. Not a true 28 mm lens. Poor after-sa...
