Excerpt: I love this camera. I've had it for about two years now and it still takes great pictures. There's only one thing I don't like and that is you can't take quick shots without the picture getting blurry; but I think it's that way with most cameras..
Excerpt: I have had my Kodak ZD710 for 3 years now I got it at an excellent price for the value at the time and it has served me well. I take some professional pics with it including: Weddings, engagement, new baby and even my own childrens school photos. I plan to upgrade to a digital LSR but I will not get rid of this camera it will be my secondary.
Summary: Really good picture quality BUT very slow between pictures. It has to process the photo you just took for 5-8 full seconds before moving on. I would not suggest this for folks who want to take lots of pictures in succession (babies, sports etc.) It's more for formal portraiture due to the slow speed. I bought it for this purpose and I am very happy with the large number of features it offers.
Summary: I bought this on "Black Friday" 2007 and it is a good camera. I'm now selling it because of a few things. The first being personal, although I don't mind the size, I found that I take less pictures because of it's larger body. Second because of the shorter battery life, and third being the lag time. That stuff is in all of the other reviews. Now that I read these other reviews and see that it's holding it's price I almost want to keep it.
Summary: Nice camera and it takes good pictures. I love the zoom and the flash system. I love the price that I got it for and it is well worth the money I paid. On the dark side of this review, the viewer is very grainy and unclear. It seems difficult to learn the aspects which an amateur can produce complimentary photos, but this camera has the ability and with some practice maybe I'll learn.
Summary: I am a single mother of 3 very active children with family spread all over the state. I wanted a camera that would take clear still shots and catch all of the action on the field, the court, the mat or the swingset. I recently decided to try my hand at other types of photograpy and this camera was a good fit for my interests and my budget. The pictures are great and I can blow them up without to much distortion, print them on a printer dock and/or email them with ease.
Summary: Overall, I have liked Kodak cameras and have owned three so far. My first one was 10x zoom 5mp. I then got this camera and noticed it seems to be a UK model. It at times will not recgnize the USB cable even though inserted and plugged properly. It takes a long time to process a picture once taken that the next time to take another pictures is delayed. I like this brand but would probably like a camera that works faster and more efficient.
Nice Camera, great upgrade from first digital camera

Summary: This is a great camera, the movies are nice too. Great focusing abilities. The lag time after capturing the shot is a little annoying, but I typically do not need to take pics right after each other too frequently. The cameras design gives the subject a good feeling that your picture is going to turn out well.
Summary: I bought this ZD710 Kodak Camera because of what I read about its features. I chose to buy it on E-Bay because auctions are a fun way of buying. The 7.1 megapixels give a nice crisp picture. I found the 10X optical zoom to be easy to use. It is small enough to carry and still offer great features. I haven't found anything that I don't like about the camera. If you like good results from a camera with little fuss, you should try this camera.
Summary: I bought this camera as my son had one when we went to Alaska - pictures were great - loved the 10x zoom and panoramic features. I had an Olympus Stylus which I like (much more compact to fit in my pocket for everyday use), but wanted one with more features. Just used it for the first time couple of weeks ago for his wedding on the beach.
