Summary: I have owned one of these cameras since they first came out, I used the data cord hundreds of times until the port in the camera finally wore out after 4 or 5 yrs of weekly use. Kodak stopped production on these digitals and since I like it so much I decided to buy another good used one so that when number one finally dies I'll have one to continue with.
Summary: I had my Kodak EASYSHARE Z950 stolen. I liked it so much, I searched Ebay and found one to bid on. The only thing I am now missing is the pictures in my camera at the time it was stolen. The picture is good and it downloads easily. There are a couple of problems I have; one is taking pictures in motion, the other is it sometimes has difficulty focusing on objects where there are multiple objects in the screen.
Excerpt: 3 stars assuming dslrs as starting at 4, I have had my z for a few years now and am very happy with it for the money I spent. I have used it for snap shots and more involved artistic attempts, like floral close ups and things like that. This is my second kodak point and shoot and the second time I have been happy with the purchase and the photo results, easy to use good color and good sharpnes for the money, I do blow up shots from this camera to 8X10 for wall hanging.
Excerpt: I love the ease of use with this camera. I really like the 10X optical zoom because I can really zoom to far away objects. The picture quality is great and you have options for shutter speed, ISO etc. It has a nice design, durable and is a reasonable price.
Excerpt: This camera is must to have for those who are thinking og buying something in budget. It gives really good quality photos. When I compared the similar photos by SLR and this camera, the color quality was better in this.
Excerpt: We have found this to be the best Kodak camera on the market and i have seen some websites that rate it the same way. Unfortunately this camera is not a current Kodak offering so you would have to come across a store that still had some inventory from last year. We paid $199 for ours, but I have seen them as low as $129. This camera is built like a more expensive SLR type camera, but is still compact enough to carry with you.
Excerpt: I have now owned this camera for aprox 6 months. It is one of the best cameras I have owned. Inside lighting has always been a problem with other cameras I have owned prior to this one. We went to our Christmas dinner last week and the lighting was dark, I didn't have any problems taking great pictures. Everyone asked me to share because their pictures didn't turn out. Outside picture come out great as well. Very easy to use.
The Kodak Z950 camera is the best camera I have ever owned.

This particular ccamera has a great zoom. I love the settings, so easy to use. And it comes with the Kodak Easyshare software. It's so easy to tag things to share and to protect the special pics and videos you don't want deleted. Very easy for a beginner or an advanced person to use as well.
