Excerpt: i have a very old kodak 620 which for some aspects reminds me this z915. a great camera ruined by some great faults, what the z lacks of the ancestor is the reliability. it was repaired under warranty and the broke down after only few months. till it worked the results were acceptable, oversatured colours make landscape pics look great, like velvia slide and printable images could be taken up to 800 iso.
Excerpt: I bought this camera because I got it for a good deal and because my old camera died.I like that it had high mega pixels and optical zoom. I had read reviews that this was a good camera so I bought it. This camera isn't too bad, sometimes it will take good pictures but most of my pictures turn out blurry and I hate it. This camera is not what I expected and not what I had read. Spend a little more money and get a good camera. I wish I would have.
Excerpt: The camera itself is very sleak and simple to use. It only uses two AA batteries which makes it a lot easier on my since I have a lot of other devices that uses that kind of source. Although at the price that I paid for it, I believe it should have had a rechargable battery installed within it. The uploading process ay take some time if you have a load of pictures and some may even be corrupted which happened to me a lot for some odd reason.
Excerpt: The Kodak camera is very nice looking digital camera. It does it's work with taking simple pictures and is great at taking videos. The only downside of this camera is that sometimes when you try to do one thing after another the camera will freeze and it will take awhile to be back to normal. Sometimes I had to take out the battery out and put it back in for it to start again. The flash on the camera seems to not be working very well either.
Excerpt: i really did love the panoramic feature and it is a higher-end camera for a point and shoot, but you're still really limited. it's still hard to get good quality pictures in little light and sometimes i had problems focusing, especially when trying macro. i did seem to have to change my batteries out quite a bit, but you can just buy a set of rechargeables. unfortunately i only had it for a few months before it got knocked onto it's lens and broke.
Excerpt: I purchased this camera because it was on sale and has a good mid range zoom. I love the zoom but really dislike that it doesn't have a rechargeable battery pack. I typically have not liked kodak cameras but this is a very decent low end camera. It is a bit bulkier than our other cameras we use for water activities. If you are shopping for a low cost camera under $100 that has mid range zoom and megapixels this is a resonable purchase.
Excerpt: After 6 years of using another Kodak EasyShare camera it was time to move on. Ourolder camera started taking blurry pictures, probably due to taking a fairly consistent beating from out toddler. It really was impressive that the old camera lasted that long, so we were happy to find another Kodak to replace it. Due to a very limited budget, it was quite a find to get this camera on clearance. What's more, there was a rebate that brought the price down to about $25.
Excerpt: Kodak Easy Share Z915 is a very easy to use digital camera. It has a 10 optical zoom. It has several different settings such as portrait, beach, and snow. The mode to change these settings is on a turn dial. Also located on this dial are video, program, aperture priority, manual and a few other modes. I found this easier to use than having to use the arrows (and different menu screens) to find these modes like on other digital cameras.
"picky about your photos?the z915's not what you want."

Pros: between powering on and the1st pic, FAST! manual mode is above average in options and ease of use at this price range live view histogram is useful long battery life pressing the info button displays detailed explanations picture quality at 10x zoom
Cons: image sensor is, put simply, a piece of crap. this is the reason why the price is so low. no option for manual focus in any mode. AF is atrocious and unpredictable. scene settings are completely useless if you know how to get results in manual mode
