Summary: At the time prior to buying this camera, I did heavy research on this camera and several others. I finally chose this camera because of its price, size (I have large hands and I struggle with smaller cameras), pixel size, and its lens. While I had it, I took about 10,000 pictures and videos with.
The camera is ok, but a rip-off on battery, it practically takes only lithium battery

Summary: This Kodak Easyshare z1285 camera takes reasonable good pictures under daylight condition, but not so good indoors. That is what I give it one star for. Summary: I bought this camera 4 years ago and have taken it everywhere, used it all the time. It is such a great camera for those who just want a camera to take on holiday and snap their friends with it.

Summary: This camera has a great lens, a SchneiderKREUZNACH, and is an upgrade of a really excellent camera, the c875 -- that is why I bought it. There is a ten second wait between pictures as it goes into "processing" mode.
Summary: I bought this camera to replace my bulkier Kodak Easyshare. It was $170 when I bought it. I will be short with this review. The camera feels cheap, which doesnt really matter to me, but when my friends use it they comment on it.
Summary: I loved this camera actually, I would also love to rate it 5 stars too! The battery life was terrible and the pictures were only decent. There was also a small learning curve with the camera too. My hugest complaint was once I took 12 pictures the battery was out.
Summary: I have always taken care of my camera. I had it for almost a year. And then the shutters stopped opening. I had to force them open and closed. Also due note that kodak cameras are not compatable with movie maker or windows media player on Windows and is also difficult to to put your videos on...
