Summary: I have owned one of these cameras for 4 years now. Since Kodak has upgraded to slimmer, lighter, smaller camera they no longer carry this particular one, I went Ebay shopping for a replacement. I love this camera. I have two more current cameras (Sony and Kodak (590)) that are ok. This is by all means my favorite camera! That's why 4 years later I bought another one.
Summary: The controls are very intuitive. I purchased a used camera and didn't even have to look up a manual. The screen is good sized and good colored. It takes a standard SD card. The version we purchased was evidently an earlier run because the USB connector is very odd and it's tough to find a replacement cord. We've gotten around that by using a card reader I already had, to transfer pictures to the computer. The pictures are large and quite detailed.
Summary: I was looking for an inexpensive camera because I dropped my old camera hard enough to break it and needed a new one fast. I was not expecting much from a used camera, but this is a much better camera than I could afford new right now. It feels good in the hand and so far takes really nice pictures, plus it is a Kodak so it is easy to learn and most of the other Kodak accessories I already have work with it, especially since no other accessories came with this used...
Summary: Great camera, takes nice clear photos. Does not have a shutter delay like most. Takes video and does all the little things like black and white and sepia. Overall A great camera. So easy even grandma has used it.
