Excerpt: THIS CAMERA DOES NOT MEET MY NEEDS. I FIOUND THAT I DID NOT NEED THE HIGH MEGAPIXES OF 10.. FOR MY NEEDS I COULD GET BY WITH LESS. WHEN TAKING INDOOR PICTURES I FIND THAT SOME COME OUT PERFECT AND AT TIMES A LOT COME ON THE DARK SIDE. THAT HAPPENS EVEN IF YOU TAKE BACK TO BACK PICTURE OF SAME SUBJECT' WHEN USING OUTSIDE THE BACK VIEW SCREEN IS VERY HARD TO SEE WHAT YOU ARE TAKING A PICTURE OF. THE BRIGHTER THE DAY THE HARDER IT IS TO SEE.
Excerpt: I purchased this Kodak Easy Share camera at Target for myself. It had a lot of the bells and whistles, such as 10 megapixels, etc. It looked like it would be a good camera. There are a lot of different settings to choose from and it takes videos too. Anyway, I'm disappointed in the camera. It takes pictures really slowly so I miss a lot of pictures. The quality is okay, but not great. I also end up with a lot of blurry pictures with this camera.
Excerpt: was told by the guy at the sales counter that this camera would fit needs of the rescue to take good quality pics of our adoptable pets for our website. While we talked about the trouble w/ getting pics of the animals in motion; he assured me this camera would auto focus and catch motion shots. Not a great photograhper so need to take many, many shots trying to find the right one to show off our pets. With this camera, by the time the shutter goes off the...
Summary: The LCD screen freezes, leaving it un-usable to view pictures. Happened 16 months after purchase of the camera. Second time it has happened with a Kodak camera. Kodak wants to charge $80 to repair. Will be looking at Nikon and Canon. Night pictures are terrible.
Summary: This is our 2nd Kodak,we loved our old one, but someone bought us this one for a gift and I regret giving away the old one. I have a toddler and I have zero pictures of her face, I have plenty of the back or side of her head. This has the WORST delay ever. My pictures are often blurry and out of focus. Our old camera was a 5 MP and took much much better pictures than this thing. I would not recommend this camera to anyone. Kodak missed the spot with this camera.
Summary: The camera came on time, but im not happy with the picture quality of this camera. Taking pictures from a distance is a waste of tiem cause the pictures come out horrible, even when i use the various settings.
Summary: When I had bought this camera two years ago, I was thrilled. It produced crystal clear pictures and very, very easy to use. Within a couple of months of my purchase, though, the camera would turn off in the middle of when I was taking a picture, but the lens would still be zoomed out and I couldn't turn it back on for a while. That happened a couple of times.
Summary: I recieved this camera as a gift for my birthday in March, and I had to send it back in early May to have the LCD screen repaired, I had not dropped it and the camera hadn't had any impact. It took a couple weeks to get my camera repaired and it worked great. Last night my camera was in the new case I purchased (thinking it would protect it better) which was inside my purse when my purse fell off my sofa. Once again, the LCD Screen is broken.
Summary: I dont know if the reason this camera took very poor quality pictures was because it was refurbished. The camera wouldnt focus correctly. Most of the pictures in low light areas where all blurry. I had a Kodak before where this wasnt a problem. This camera would warn you the picture was blurry but wouldnt correct it. I wouldnt recommend this camera to anyone.
