Summary: Wish I had read all the reviews before I bought the camera (not from Amazon) Have had camera too long to send back~~just went on a vacation and my camera was froze up the whole time :( Thank goodness for my Ipod touch!!! I would not ever recommend this camera~~very disappointing!!
Stopped working right after I purchased it and crappy support

Summary: If you haven't heard, Kodak is out of biz! But I accidentally dropped this camera (not from that far either). Before you judge, LOL, I was in Washington DC and it was freezing and I had on gloves! So it was unavoidable. But after that, the video started having issues. Customer Support were boneheads! :) I eventually figured out a workaround on my own.
Summary: I have had nothing but problems with this camera since I received it. first the battery was defective, then the lens melted and lastly the camera has to be shut off, battery removed and reinserted when the camera decides it no longer wants to take pictures. no wonder they are broke. also, I would avoid a Kodak camera purchase until they reopen their customer claims division.
Summary: I know you can take pictures with your cell phones that are pretty good. But I am a camera person and this camera takes amazing digital pictures. Pictures are clear as can be along with colors that pop. The touch feature is what attracted me and I find its use is pretty easy. Now, if Kodak would make a camera cell phone then I would be the first in line to buy. It's unfortunate that Kodak couldn't see fit to keep producing these cameras. They are worth it.
