DON'T USE THE FLASH!

Hang Marquez, Amazon
7 September 2012
  • Summary: My father-in-law bought us this camera to take pictures of our newborn daughter because all the pictures I sent him were from my Sony Ericsson W810. He thought this camera will take better pictures then my phone. Personally, I thought my 2mp Sony Ericsson was better. I love that phone! It had a flash that didn't whitewash picture like this camera.

Good value for the money

productsforthepeople2012, Ebay
12 December 2011
  • Summary: This camera was a good deal for the price, mega pixel is a little low compared to newer model cameras, but I think the easy share is very user friendly and has a decent size screan measured at 2.5"

Worst digital on the market

J. Capobianco, Amazon
13 December 2010
  • Summary: I got this for pocket change on Ebay because I wanted a camera to leave in my car for those unexpected shots. I have used and own many Digitals and this one is real garbage. Its only usable at iso 80, otherwise the shots are super high grain and low sharpness.Write time is about 8 seconds shot to shot-rediculous. Custom settings get lost when you power the camera off.Built quality is poor and flash is VERY underpowered so all flash pics beyond 6 feet are underexposed.

Camera works as advertised

entropyacres, Ebay
7 October 2010
  • Summary: I was replacing my wife's camera of the same model because I broke to LCD screen on it. This camera was the right model, but had the 1.0 operating system in it,so I had to update the firmware for it to work properly. It is in good shape and works OK now.

Camera Won't Last

TF "T", Amazon
16 August 2010
  • Summary: This camera takes great pictures when it works. I have had the power supply go out three times, once under warranty and the second time I had to pay. After the second repair it would not longer communicate with the camera/pc cable. Kodak blamed it ont he cable put replacing that didn't resolve the problem. Kodak took an "oh, well" attitude and has lost me as a future customer. I won't bother to try and get it fixed again.

Horrible

Overstock
5 May 2010
  • Summary: I ordered this camera because of the low price and everyone else's reviews and this camera is horrible! I used it once, did not drop it and had it in the case the whole time and it broke! The lense will no longer go in and it wont turn on to take pictures. I do not suggest this camera for anyone!

Great camera

Overstock
22 April 2010
  • Summary: I have had this camera for about 8 months. It is a great camera with good features. One great feature is one can use a cord that plugs into the camera to recharge it. No taking the batteries out for charging. This is worth a lot to me. There are many settings to get the lighting right. I would suggest it to anyone wanting a beginner camera.
