Summary: The pictures have a halo in the upper right corner. Size of a nickle and shadowed. All I want is to exchange it for a new one & I cannot fine a form or anywhere to state that intent. I had started a return but had not thought I submitted & Fed Ex came for a pick up and & wasn't ready. I just want to exchange but I do not have the original packing. I'm upset with Amazon, being a Prime Member, that I have to waste my time with this.
Summary: I bought this product because it had great reviews, was from a long established American icon, and had been described as something that would be just right for me. The first thing I learned out of the box was that the software is no longer available for download. So sorry, says Kodak, but they just don't own the software anymore. "Sorry for your inconvenience." I've never heard of a theft called merely an "inconvenience".
Summary: This is the second Kodak digital camera I have purchased. This was to replace a Sony Point and Shoot. I gave it a fair chance , 9 months, let others use it and all had the same issue, consistent blurry pictures and takes too long to get ready for next picture. Warranty repair is now looking at it, sorry I cannot recommend this camera.
Summary: Great camera, terrible service. I loved this camera for 5 months, then the LCD had problems. Pink vertical bars obscured the lighter portions of the display (like any outdoor shot or inside with a window on a sunny day. I have the $99 mini Kodak, and this LCD works fine in the same conditions, so I know it is a problem. It was too late to return, so I had to get it serviced. Kodak service is terrible. You can't speak to anyone, and have two lines to describe the problem.
