Summary: I BOUGHT THIS CAMERA FOR A VACATION TRIP AND WAS TOLD KODAK WAS A GOOD BRAND, DURING OUR VACATION IT WORKED GREAT. THE CAMERA SAT IN THIS BOX AFTER THAT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS. I WENT TO USE THE CAMERA FOR MY SISTER BABY SHOWER AND IT WOULD NOT TURN ON. I CONTACTED KODAK OVER 10 TIMES THEY WHERE NO HELP, ONCE I DID FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME I WAS TOLD TO SEND THEM THE CAMERA WHICH I DID.
Summary: I bought this camera in January and the screen broke in early may last me less then 5 months, the camera was not dropped or spilled on and kodak will not replace it. I would have to pay $35 just for them to look at it. I am extremely disappointed in kodaks customer service. would not recommend this camera to anyone.
Summary: I purchased this camera just a couple of months ago and it took decent pictures for only a couple of days. Now I have to take the same picture several times as the first several attempts are blurry. Without changing any settings or the way I take a picture the picture comes out horribly 3 out of 4 times. The pictures are also dark despite being taken outside or with a flash. Kodak customer service is unhelpful.

Summary: I actually left a glowing review earlier when I first got the camera. Love the low light, bright light and close up pictures that came out so well.....hence I have two of them. However, within 2 months both broke down: The lense would not retract no matter what I did. One just happened one day, the other happened after the battery would not take charge. I kept both of them in a camera bag in my purse and treated them like royalty, so they were not abused.
