Summary: The camera is easy to use, but trying to get your pics downloaded is impossible. Checked with Kodak for support only to find out they stopped producing digital cameras in 2012 & so there is no support. The downloader software in the camera doesn't work, nor could I get the share button to function.
Summary: the camera is no longer supported by Kodak. the software for the camera is no longer available. the only way to transfer pictures is by taking out the sd card (not included) and installing it in your computer.
I cannot download software to my new c195 camera and Kodak doesn't support it anymore!
